Coyote's Fire has been a dream long in the making. Tyson has been in love with hot food since he was in the womb, torturing his mother during her pregnancy with cravings for the hottest Chili Rellenos she could find. From a young age, routinely being challenged by skeptics to spicy food eating contests and readily winning, his ego was fed and his love of all things spicy grew. Eventually, his idea of making hot sauces drove him to the California Culinary Academy where he learned the nuances of flavor. His ideas grew and culinary school proved to be a vehicle to get him on his journey to where we are today.

Since man kind's 'first' experience with pride came from the apple tree in Eden, we have incorporated the apple's essence into our 'first' sauce, Pride. It begins with roasted apples, a symphony of peppers, and is finished with a delectable kiss of cinnamon.
